Corn Bread

Bake at 400°

1 cup corn meal                          
1 cup flour (white/wheat)          
¼ cup sugar                              
1 tablespoon baking powder   
1 teaspoon salt       
⅓ cup oil   
2 eggs   
1 cup milk

Combine dry ingredients.  Combine oil, eggs, and milk.  Stir two mixtures together until just blended.  Pour into greased 8-inch square pan/muffin tins. If making it in the pan, bake for 25 minutes or until done.  Bake muffins for about half the time, or until done.   (Add an extra egg for less crumbs)
