I am in the process of finding ways to make healthier, yummier, and easier food. I will always be on the lookout for recipes that have that "yum-ability" that I am looking for. And as far as desserts, I hope to make it so that they are always worth it!
As a general rule, I replace:
Whole Wheat Flour for White Flour in breads
3/4 Olive Oil for 1 Butter
Honey for Sugar
Pancake syrup with fresh/canned fruit, applesauce, or real maple syrup
Normal peanut butter with all-natural peanut butter
