- 1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 6 ounces nonfat plain (greek) yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
- 1/2 cup ice cubes , (optional)
(You can also omit either berry for variety)
