Berry Banana Smoothie

  • Serves 2-3

  • 1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 6 ounces nonfat plain (greek) yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk 
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes , (optional)
(You can also omit either berry for variety)
