Onion-Roasted Potatoes

Bake at 425°

1 envelope Lipton® Onion Soup Mix

6 medium potatoes cut into large chunks

⅓ cup vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.  Bake, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. No fair sampling before dinner.
