Fruit & Cream Oatmeal

1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats (40g)
1 cup of water
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp of Honey (21g) + some for drizzling
2 oz Greek Yogurt
Fruit (1 peach cut unto small cubes with skin; 1/2 banana mashed)

Put the oats, water, and salt in a small pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Once the oats start to absorb a bit of the water (you’ll notice the water getting cloudy and slightly thick) add the cinnamon and a tbsp of honey. Stir until boiling. The oats will thicken in about 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat.

Stir in the yogurt and fruit (3/4 of the cut peach, all of the banana).

Once blended well, transfer to a bowl. Top with the remaining fruit and drizzle with a bit more honey.
